What is Emotional Energy?
Emotional Energy Release is emotional pain stored in the body as stuck energy and can be causes as to our physical conditions. The body/mind has emotional energy from past or present issues trapped within the body that can cause physical breakdowns or pain.
Many emotions get stored for many years and gets stuck behind chronically tightened muscles. This not only blocks expressions of fear, anger, shame, guilt, and sadness leaving this emotional energy jammed behind the tightened muscles, but this also restricts the desirable emotions of love, peace, joy, and happiness. Years of painful past issues are not able to be resolved because the energy needed to release the awareness and flexibility is blocked by the tightened musculature.
Energy Release promotes a safe setting to release any blocked emotional energy. Tightened soft tissue softens and past emotional energy that once was stored in the tissues then releases. When emotions are released, old painful patterns disappear, and many physical conditions can then heal.
