Deep Tissue Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

KokoGlidassage

​

Glidassage is a type of massage that offers a fast pace of gliding/milking of the muscles to help get the blood flowing and activating the body.  Glidassage focuses on the chakra points of the body.  This is a great way of getting the energy of your chakras to activate the flow to move freely and effortlessly.

Myofascial Release

​

A technique often used in massage that focuses on pain arising from myofascial tissues.  Myofascial release concentrates on releasing muscular shortness and tightness.  This  incorporates stretching and lengthening of the connective tissues, or fascia.  All soft tissue protocols will be performed using african shea butter to avoid friction or irritation in the skin during the session unless otherwise.

All Myofascial release techniques must have the core distortion done first.

All first time clients must schedule for interview/evaluation to determine proper protocol.

Core Distortion (CSCD)

​

Core distortion is an imbalance in the position and motion of the cranial bones that create the anterior/posterior rotation of the iliums that gives a tipped and unsupported sacrum.  This compensates the distortion in the bony structure of the body.  The distortion of the body creates an imbalance, strain, and weakness in the structure.

Breath Work

​

Energetic exercises help to maintain mental, physical and spiritual health.  This technique helps release any energetic and emotional blockages that was created from old past or present life events whether physical, mental, or emotional that was stored into the body that creates pain, distortions, and dysfunction.

Life coaching is to help those going through their spiritual journey or life experiences to better further your life and understanding.  Having a life coach could benefit you in a big way to help guide you in the direction your looking to achieve.  A coach guides you through any hardships, promotes with healing your inner being, and opens up new opportunities in your life.
